Below are some of the most commonly asked questions.
If you have any specific questions that I have not answered here, email me and I will be happy to answer them.

What does my child need for the lessons?
A swimsuit and a towel is all that is needed. No flotation devices, flippers, masks, goggles, etc.  Also, no food or drink at least 1 ½ hours before a lesson.

Will my child really learn to swim in 8 lessons?
Yes!  Most beginners will be swimming in 3 or 4 days, some even in the first or second lesson.  The remaining sessions will be used to build confidence and develop skills.

Are the pools heated?
Yes.  All pools are heated to 92-93 degrees.

Do you teach on the weekends?
Courses run on weekdays only for a period of 4 or 8 consecutive weekdays.  I am not available on weekends.

Where are the lessons?
Lessons are held at various private homes that I have pre-arranged months in advance.  Please see my schedule for specific dates, times, and locations.  If you are interested in hosting lessons at your home, please contact me.

At what age do you start?
My program is designed for children aged 18-months and up.

Do parents get in the pool?
Not intially.  However, during the later part of the course I may invite you into the pool to swim with your child.

Do you teach in the rain?
Yes.  Lessons are held daily regardless of weather.

When and how do I pay?
Payment is due in full on the first day of class. I am not requiring deposits at this time.
